IMPLEMENTED PROJECTS
A task.

Create a functional and aesthetically pleasing interior for a family of three, taking into account the active lifestyle of the parents and the high school student son. Provide a master bedroom with a walk‑in closet and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, the son’s bedroom with a pull‑up bar and a full‑fledged workstation, a combined kitchen‑dining‑living room, a separate laundry room‑storage area, and as many storage spaces as possible. The guest bathroom with a shower should be convenient for the son’s daily use, and the space for the dog’s bowls should be discreetly integrated into the interior.
Decision.

The interior is based on a calm, elegant aesthetic: milky, taupe, and warm gray tones are complemented by dusty pink and burgundy accents. An English fir tree, natural textures, soft textiles, rounded furniture shapes, and sculptural lighting create a sense of warmth and cohesion. The corner terrace becomes an extension of the interior architecture. The wooden decking and the rhythm of hydrangea plantings form a transitional zone between the interior and the external environment, visually expanding the living space. Functional solutions are seamlessly integrated into the space’s architecture, preserving its visual lightness, order, and expressive character.

A task.

Create a functional interior for a 33 m² apartment with minimal adjustments to the finish provided by the developer and strictly within the budget. It was necessary to accommodate a separate bedroom and a sufficient number of storage systems while preserving a fully functional living area.
Decision.

The kitchen was moved to the corridor and placed along one wall, freeing up the main space for the living room. A tall shelving unit with glass and black metal divides the zones and also serves as a display case. In the living room, we compactly combined the relaxation area, dining area, workspace, and toilet area. The warm beige‑gray‑white colour scheme with black accents, ribbed facades, textiles, and soft lighting create the feeling of stylish apartments, and the well‑thought‑out solutions make it possible to use the small space as efficiently as possible without incurring significant costs.

Decision.

The interior is designed in a bold interpretation of neoclassicism: the warm milky beige palette is complemented by deep shades of burgundy and Marsala. The English fir tree, classic moldings, rounded furniture shapes, and brass details create a striking yet cohesive look. The bathroom has its own distinct character — rich emerald tiles and brass fittings form a striking accent. Despite the small size, the space feels cohesive and spacious thanks to the precise use of colour, textures, and proportions.

Tasks.

Create a cozy and comfortable interior for a young family with two children, ensuring a balance between shared and private space. Organize a separate kitchen‑dining room and living room as the center of family life; two children’s rooms — one for a boy with a bunk bed and one for a girl with pre‑designated work zones. Maximize storage capacity, and place a separate study on the balcony adjacent to the master bedroom.
Decision.

The interior is built on a warm palette of powdery, beige, and milky hues, with accents of burgundy and dark walnut. English fir, classic moldings, rounded elements, brass, and soft textiles create understated elegance, while abstract art and sculptural lighting add character. The living room becomes a shared space for the whole family, with a white piano serving as the compositional center. The boy’s room has been transformed into a play space with a bunk bed made of natural wood, a climbing net, and a ladder‑chest, while still allowing the room to be transformed as the child grows.

Tasks.

Create a stylish, cozy, and functional interior for an apartment in a standard house of the P-44T series. Without changing the existing structure, it was necessary to unlock the potential of each room: to organize a full‑fledged work area in the living room, to preserve a comfortable bedroom, to allocate a spacious walk‑in closet, to find space for additional storage, a washing machine and a dryer unit, to design a functional hallway, and to keep a separate bathroom.
Decision.

The interior is based on the Japandi aesthetic, complemented by expressive details. The warm palette of beige, taupe, and milky tones is combined with dark walnut and amber‑mustard accents, while natural wood, French fir, textured surfaces, and matte hardware create a tactile and calm backdrop. The concise forms and built‑in lighting support the principle of functional minimalism, and the bathroom becomes a bright and warm accent — with pistachio‑colored tiles, brass details, and a wooden cabinet. As a result, a typical apartment received a solid, warm and characteristic interior without redevelopment and unnecessary decor.

Tasks.

Create an attractive and functional studio with an area of 22 sq. m for rental purposes, making the most efficient use of every square meter and keeping the project budget in mind. Include a full kitchen, a workspace, a dining area, and a living area, provide sufficient storage, and visually expand the small space.
Decision.

The space combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room: a compact kitchen with a warm wood tone, a table for two, a workspace, and a cozy sofa create a comfortable living scenario. Built-in cabinets reaching up to the ceiling provide storage, and the mirrored hallway adds volume. The milky taupe palette, natural oak, and graphite accents, complemented by a light floor, textiles, and minimalist decor, create a modern interior without unnecessary expenses — practical, neutral, and attractive to the tenant.

Tasks.

Create a cozy and functional interior for a young couple with pets. The young people lead an active lifestyle and travel a lot. Provide an open kitchen‑living room, a bedroom with access to a balcony‑office, a combined bathroom and toilet, a large utility room‑storage‑wardrobe, and a large wardrobe. A separate challenge was to integrate spaces for the Labrador’s and cat’s bowls into the interior without compromising the aesthetics and the available space.
