Tasks.
Create a functional interior for a 33 m² apartment with minimal modifications to the developer’s finishing and strictly within the budget. It was necessary to accommodate a separate bedroom and a sufficient number of storage systems while preserving a полноценная living area.

Decision.
The kitchen was moved to the corridor and placed along one wall, freeing up the main space for the living room. A tall shelving unit with glass and black metal divides the zones and also serves as a display case. In the living room, we compactly combined the relaxation area, dining area, workspace, and toilet area. The warm beige‑gray‑white colour scheme with black accents, ribbed facades, textiles, and soft lighting create the feeling of stylish apartments, and the well‑thought‑out solutions make it possible to use the small space as efficiently as possible without incurring significant costs.
