Tasks.
Create a stylish, cozy, and functional interior for an apartment in a standard house of the P-44T series. Without changing the existing structure, it was necessary to unlock the potential of each room: to organize a full‑fledged work area in the living room, to preserve a comfortable bedroom, to allocate a spacious walk‑in closet, to find space for additional storage, a washing machine and a dryer unit, to design a functional hallway, and to keep a separate bathroom.
Decision.
The interior is based on the Japandi aesthetic, complemented by expressive details. The warm palette of beige, taupe, and milky tones is combined with dark walnut and amber‑mustard accents, while natural wood, French fir, textured surfaces, and matte hardware create a tactile and calming backdrop. The concise forms and built‑in lighting support the principle of functional minimalism, and the bathroom becomes a bright and warm accent — with pistachio‑colored tiles, brass details, and a wooden cabinet. As a result, the standard apartment has a cohesive, warm, and distinctive interior without any redevelopment or unnecessary decoration.
